INTRODUCTIONCan your bot find its way before your opponent's , or will it be lost? Dare to put it in the unforgiving maze!
The maze will have dead-ends, alternate paths etc. The bots have to reach the end point of the maze from the starting point.
The bots should be autonomous.
The team which finishes first wins. There will be a maximum time limit of 5 minutes after which the race ends. In case the time exceeds the limit, the team with the highest score wins that particular match.
There will be checkpoints and each checkpoint adds a score 50.
Teams can either use batteries or power chords. One supply point( AC 220V-240V 50 Hz) will be provided per team if required.
If their bot goes in the wrong way, they can reposition it to the last checkpoint crossed. But after repositioning it 3 times, there will be a penalty of 15 points.
The maximum dimensions of the bot are 35cmX30cm. The height of the wall of the maze is 20cm.
Top eight participants will be selected in the first round .The winners will proceed to subsequent rounds.
There will be penalty of 1o points if it touches the wall .
If the score for two teams is same then crossing time of last checkpoint will be tie breaking factor .
